Shipping & Sales Tax:  

Applicable sales tax will be added to the total order  unless we receive a faxed copy of the customer's tax resale certificate prior to placing the order.

Claims & Errors:          

Our products are used or suplus items that come with no warranty.  The descriptions listed are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time they are listed but are subject to human error.  Seller's liability is limited to purchase price and does not include any responsibility for inconvenience, loss of time or opportunity on the part of the buyer.  When purchasing items, buyer agrees to assume all responsibility and risk with regard to the appropriateness and legal use of items and the seller is free of all liability regarding the use, disposition, condition, legality and appropriate use of items. Buyer pays all packing and shipping costs which are estimated based on weight, size, amount of containers needed, and fragility.  All  products will ship UPS ground unless otherwise stated.   Large and heavy items shipped by motor freight carrier will ship "freight collect" and can have significant charges based on dimensions, weight, and class.  If freight carrier stipulates extra charges after delivery, the buyer is required to pay these charges in addition to the quoted amount. Items shipped by truck are only insured @ $.10 a pound.  Additional insurance is not available on used goods.  Allow several weeks for packaging and pick up of large items.  A delivery contact phone number and address (stating if business or residential area)  are mandatory.   If no contact number is given and there is a problem with delivery, buyer will not receive a refund, and will be responsible for both the return and redelivery costs of items.

All claims/requests for adjustment must be made within 15 days of receipt of materials. All sales are non-cancelable, non-returnable.  No returns will be accepted unless authorized by Wire Harness Equipment Company, and the buyer must first obtain an RMA# from us.  Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges both ways on returns.

All equipment listed available is offered on as "As-Is" , "Where -Is", basis. 

Subject to prior sale or deletion.  Equipment and materials have no implied warranty.

No salesperson or other party is authorized to bind Seller by any other agreement, warranty, statement, promise, or other understanding not herein expressed, and no modifications shall be binding unless the same are in writing and signed by an executive or its duly authorized representative.

Seller's failure to object to provisions contained in any of Buyer's forms or other documents shall not be a waiver of these terms and conditions which shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
