Artos Blades for Industrial Wire Cutting, Stripping, and Processing Machines.
New standard 1/16" perishable, replacement, CLS V-type cut-off blades for Artos CS6 and CS16 cut and strip machines toolholders. On heavy wires (10, 12, and 14 ga.), 1/8" thick blades should be used. V-type blades are most common for cutting single wires, S and SJ cords, co-ax cables and other round leads.
Straight edge blades are used for flat wires such as POSJ, POT, etc. The sharp edge is ground to a flat collinear angle. The blade allows multiple conductor wire to be processed without deforming it. It is accomplished with a shearing action. This allows many different wire gauges to be processed with the same blades. Normally 1/16" thick blades are used to be able to make short stripping lengths.

These cut off blades are new and sold individually.
