Artos Blades for Industrial Wire Cutting, Stripping, and Processing Machines.
Perishable replacement blades for cutting and stripping wire and cable. These blades are "thinner than standard" cut-off blades. The sharp edge is ground to a flat collinear angle. The blade allows multiple conductor wire to be processed without deforming it. It is accomplished with a shearing action. This allows many different wire gauges to be processed with the same blades.
Straight edge blades are used for flat wires such as POSJ, POT, etc. Normally 1/16" thick blades are used to be able to make short stripping lengths. On heavy wires (10, 12, and 14 ga.), 1/8" thick blades should be used. V-type blades are most common for cutting single wires, S and SJ cords, co-ax cables and other round leads.

These cut off blades are new and sold individually.
