BFVLM5R2 Hoffman #10 Insulated Ring Terminal [Old P/N's: FVL1614M5R2 and FVD1614-5]
The Part Number listed on the reel is FVD1614-5. Hoffman has updated the part number twice to FVL1614M5R2 then to BFVLM5R2. Flared vinyl insulated terminal with wire insulation support sleeve. Designed for heavy use, it features a metal sleeve inside the insulation sleeve. This sleeve serves as an insulation grip jacket and locks the conductor insulation to resist vibration and bending without fraying. The flared or bell-mouthed entrance allows for easier wire insertion and accepts oversize insulation. Color coded for ease of selection.
