The part number on the reel is FVD2216-4. Hoffman updated the Parts numbers twice to FVL2216M4R2 and then AFVLM4R2. Flared vinyl insulated terminal with wire insulation support sleeve. Designed for heavy use, it features a metal sleeve inside the insulation sleeve. This sleeve serves as an insulation grip jacket and locks the conductor insulation to resist vibration and bending without fraying. The flared or bell-mouthed entrance allows for easier wire insertion and accepts oversize insulation. Color coded for ease of selection. Red/22-16, Blue/16-14, Yellow/12-10
